We will not release any personally identifiable information without prior written consent from you as parent or guardian. Personally identifiable information includes student names, residential addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and locations and times of classes. By returning this registration form, you are indicating consent to the above and undertake that you will not hold Kids DiscoveryWorks Pte Ltd, its respective directors and employees, or the personnel responsible for conducting the activities or courses, liable for any injury sustained by your child whilst participating in any Kids DiscoveryWorks activities.
